Privacy Policy
We collect what you send us in the license request form, what licensees store in the app, and basic technical logs. We use it to run Pipeline Park and to talk with you about it. We don't sell personal information, and the website has no advertising trackers.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Pinewood Homes L.L.C., doing business as Pipeline Park ("we," "us"), handles personal information on the website https://pipelinepark.com (the "Site") and in the Pipeline Park application at https://app.pipelinepark.com (the "Service"). Questions go to contact@pipelinepark.com.
2. Information we collect
From the license request form
Your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: company, phone number, the towns or regions you cover, team size and your message.
From licensees using the Service
- Account information: your name, company, username and password. Passwords are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form that we can't read.
- Usage information: sign-in times, the number of searches you run, and your saved searches and settings.
- Your Data: leads you save, statuses, notes and imports.
- Billing information: if you buy a license online, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details, billing address and email. We receive your name, email, the plan you bought and your subscription status, never your full card number.
Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We also use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions. If you tick Keep me signed in when signing in to the app, it stores one sign-in cookie on that device for up to 30 days. The cookie holds a random code, never your password; signing out or changing your password ends it. Neither the app nor the Site uses advertising or analytics cookies.
Information about people in listings
Listings found through the Service may include information that sellers posted publicly, such as a first name, phone number or general location. That information is gathered from public sources only to show it to the licensee who searched for it. Licensees are responsible for using it lawfully, as our License Terms require.
3. How we use information
- to respond to license requests, set up intro calls and manage licenses;
- to provide, secure, support and improve the Site and the Service;
- to enforce search allowances, our terms, and the security of accounts;
- to send you service and account messages, and to comply with legal obligations.
If we ever want to send marketing messages, you'll be able to opt out at any time.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- with service providers that run the Site and Service for us, under obligations to protect it: our hosting provider (Railway), our domain and network provider (Cloudflare), our payment processor (Stripe), which processes payments under its own privacy policy, the search provider that runs searches (search terms and areas are sent to it, not your account details), and Google Fonts, which delivers the website's typefaces and receives your IP address when the page loads;
- when required by law, or to protect rights, safety and security;
- in a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the business, subject to this policy.
5. How long we keep it
We keep license requests for as long as we're discussing a license with you, and for up to two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep licensee account data and Your Data while the license is active, and may delete it 30 days after the license ends. Hosting logs are kept for the provider's standard period.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, sign-in lockouts after repeated failures, and separate private workspaces for each licensee. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you don't use anywhere else.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@pipelinepark.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require. We won't treat you differently for making a request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
8. Children
The Site and Service are for businesses and adults. They're not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new effective date. If we make a material change that affects licensees, we'll tell them in the Service or by email.
