These terms cover your use of the pipelinepark.com website. If you're a licensee using the Pipeline Park app, our License Terms also apply to you. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of results; licenses are only granted through a separate agreement.
1. About these terms
This website, https://pipelinepark.com (the "Site"), is operated by Pinewood Homes L.L.C., doing business as Pipeline Park ("Pipeline Park," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Use of the Pipeline Park application at https://app.pipelinepark.com is governed by our License Terms. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Information on the Site
The Site describes Pipeline Park for general information only. Example boards, scores and leads shown on the Site are illustrations, not real listings or real results. We may change the Site, the product or its features at any time.
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, real estate or investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell or license the product. A license exists only once we have agreed to one with you in writing or you have accepted our License Terms when your account is set up.
3. License requests
When you send a license request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you're at least 18 and asking for business purposes. Sending a request doesn't create a license or any obligation on either side. We may decline any request for any lawful reason.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- send spam, false information or someone else's details through our forms;
- copy, scrape or harvest content or information from the Site with automated tools;
- try to disrupt the Site, get around its security, or access areas not meant for you.

You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating Pipeline Park. Any other use needs our written permission. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pipeline Park and its owners, members and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
